About The Position

The practice is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and passionate chiropractor to join its team full time in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The chiropractor will provide evidence-guided care focused on patient health and wellness, with an emphasis on clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and a positive provider experience. The practice has served the Bridgeport community for over 20 years and offers spinal manipulation and adjustment, physiotherapy, and lifestyle and nutritional advice. The ideal candidate is an excellent adjuster, enjoys helping patients reach their health and wellness goals, and works well as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• A chiropractic license in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients, review health and medical histories, perform examinations, and review relevant medical records and imaging.
• Review imaging; an X-ray technician on staff performs X-rays.
• Diagnose patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic care, including full-spine Diversified manual adjustments, treatments and therapies, ROFs, and lifestyle modifications.
• Educate patients about the benefits of routine chiropractic care, care plan options, and ROFs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes.
• Make follow-up phone calls to patients.
• Perform minimal internal marketing activities.
• Work closely with staff and management to support comprehensive patient care.

• Base compensation of $80,000–$100,000, with immediate bonus potential based on individual performance.
