About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, family-focused Chiropractor to join our established and growing practice in Dunwoody, GA. This is more than a traditional associate position. We are looking for someone who wants to become a Lead Doctor, help guide the clinical team, grow the practice, and take increasing ownership of day-to-day clinical operations. For the right person, there is significant long-term potential, including leadership compensation and possible equity/ownership opportunities. Pediatric, prenatal/Webster, neurologically based, TRT, corrective-care, SoftWave, or decompression experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right doctor.

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
Georgia chiropractic license
Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable recommending and managing care plans
Leadership mentality with an interest in practice growth
Passion for family-centered, wellness-based chiropractic care

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments and manage patient care plans (TRT, Drop table, webster, Pediatric, Softwave therapy, Spinal decompression)
Perform new patient consultations, exams, neurological assessments, and X-rays
Conduct Reports of Findings and clearly explain treatment recommendations
Perform progress exams and adjust care plans based on patient outcomes
Care for families, children, pregnant women, and wellness-focused adults
Help lead clinical operations and mentor associates, CAs, and interns
Educate patients and build strong, long-term relationships
Participate in community outreach and practice-growth initiatives
Help improve clinical systems, patient retention, referrals, and overall patient experience
