About The Position
LifeClinic is seeking a Chiropractor to join their team in Northshore, MA. The mission of LifeClinic is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. LifeClinic is rapidly expanding, with over 75 locations and plans for 200. The practice model includes 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits with a health-conscious patient base. Sessions are primarily cash-based, minimizing insurance complexities. The role offers schedule flexibility once a revenue target is met, supported by a proven blueprint and extensive training.
Requirements
- Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations (usually takes 6 months).
- Committed to marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique).
- Excellence with patient communication.
- Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
- Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
- Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
- Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
- Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
- Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.
- Engage with potential patients on the fitness floor.
- Get patients excited to commit to a treatment plan, including presenting financial care plans.
- Provide exceptional patient care.
- Use LifeClinic’s proven processes.
