About The Position

Optimal Health Chiropractic & Sports Injury is seeking a full-time Chiropractic Associate for its sports-focused practice in Sewell, New Jersey. The clinic provides conservative, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment and offers clinicians autonomy to use their clinical judgment and preferred techniques. The practice treats athletes, active adults, and complex cases, with an emphasis on sports therapy and functional movement. Techniques used include Active Release Technique (ART), Graston, post-isometric relaxation, doctor-assisted stretching, the McKenzie Method, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). Compensation includes an $80,000 base salary plus a bonus structure, 401(k), and health insurance. New graduates are welcome if confident in soft-tissue care and rehabilitation. The position offers mentorship, growth potential, and consistent new-patient flow.

Requirements
