About The Position
We are seeking a confident, personable Chiropractor (DC) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Houston, TX. This is a unique opportunity for a Chiropractor who excels at patient consultation, education, treatment-plan presentation, and case acceptance. This is not a traditional adjusting position. Your primary focus will be evaluating patients, explaining clinical findings, presenting treatment recommendations, and helping patients confidently move forward with care. You'll be joining a busy, established practice with consistent patient volume, so you won't be expected to build a patient base from scratch. If you're a Chiropractor who is great with people, confident presenting treatment recommendations, comfortable with high-value care plans, and motivated by strong earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Texas Chiropractic license or ability to obtain
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing costs
- Strong consultative sales and closing skills
- Motivated by performance and measurable goals
- Energetic, confident, organized, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
Responsibilities
- Perform patient consultations and musculoskeletal evaluations
- Review findings and explain treatment options
- Present comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients and answer questions about recommended care
- Discuss treatment costs and payment options
- Help improve patient case acceptance and follow-through
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
- Participate in occasional educational and social media content
