About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate Chiropractor to join a wellness-based family chiropractic practice in Columbia, Tennessee. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, clinical chiropractic experience, and a commitment to principled, subluxation-based specific chiropractic care. The role focuses on providing high-quality care and building strong patient relationships. The position offers a $90,000–$110,000 base salary, performance-based bonuses, a potential sign-on bonus, and approximately $5,500 per year in additional benefits. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with Fridays ending at noon.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.
- Active Tennessee chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one.
- At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Strong adjusting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prenatal and pediatric experience.
- Webster Certification.
- ICPA coursework.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Review X-rays and provide Reports of Findings.
- Deliver high-quality manual adjustments.
- Manage patient care plans and conduct progress checks.
- Educate patients about chiropractic care and wellness.
- Complete clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors of chiropractic, chiropractic assistants, X-ray technicians, and the support team.
