The Joint Chiropractic in Kalamazoo is building a clinic where getting people out of pain is the primary focus, and patients experience significant improvement and recommend the clinic to others. The role involves joining a high-volume, top-performing clinic in Michigan, working with a dedicated team of front desk staff and Chiropractors. The mission is to provide exceptional chiropractic care, foster a positive patient experience, and grow the business with the support of an owner invested in the employee's success. The impact of each adjustment and relationship built is focused on moving individuals from pain to possibility.

Requirements

4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Passing scores on NBCE Parts I, II, III, and IV (a recent NBCE SPEC exam is acceptable for Part IV).
Valid DC license in Michigan.
Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Michigan.

Responsibilities

Lead patient care and clinic performance for one of Michigan's top-performing Joint Chiropractic locations.
Deliver hands-on adjustments that provide real results for patients.
Build long-term relationships with patients.
Lead and develop a front-desk and DC team.
Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care.
Drive clinic volume, retention, and growth.
Potentially serve as a working partner with a path to ownership.
