About The Position

The Medcan Clinic is recruiting for a licensed Chiropractor to join our high-performing and fast-growing team of practitioners within Medcan’s Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation service. This is an Independent Contractor position seeking a two-day (half days) commitment with the possibility to build to full days as volume grows. The specific schedule/hours will be mutually determined and has some flexibility. Requirements

Chiropractic degree
Current registration in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
Minimum three years’ experience

Nice To Haves

Significant experience in dealing with varied orthopedic and sports injuries is an asset
Additional chiropractic specialist related qualifications are an asset
Superior organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal conservative care.
Demonstrate exceptional clinical care practices and professionalism
Integrate Chiropractic services into an existing collaborative practice environment.
Work alongside physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, massage therapists, fitness professionals and other chiropractors.
Emphasize inter-professional collaborations through effective communication and coordinated treatment plans.
