About The Position

LifeClinic is seeking a Chiropractor to join their team in Westlake, TX. The mission of LifeClinic is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor, you will provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The company is rapidly expanding, with plans to grow from 75+ locations to 200.

Requirements

Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations – usually takes 6 months.
Committed to marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique).
Excellence with patient communication.
Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience.

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.
