Chiropractor (Arlington, WA)

TVG-MedullaArlington, WA
$90,000 - $120,000Onsite

About The Position

This is a role for a chiropractor who wants to focus on patient care, utilize and grow their clinical confidence, and be part of a team that’s built to support. You’ll step into a clinic designed for flow, where your focus stays on patient care. You’ll evaluate patients, review X-rays, deliver adjustments, and guide care plans that evolve with progress. Chiropractic Assistants support patient flow, exercises, and scheduling, while on-site imaging allows you to assess, diagnose, and treat in real time. Between visits, you’ll collaborate with your team, track outcomes, and stay connected to each patient’s progress. Chiro One Wellness Centers offers a full patient care model with evidence-based treatment, allowing you to review X-rays, assess, and create care progression. Their model supports whole-patient care. Doctors shape care plans and patient experience, and most clinics have 1-2 Chiropractic Assistants on site. They offer a world-class training model with hands-on training from skilled Physician Trainers and Clinic Directors, setting doctors up for success by training them on systems and processes. There is a leadership and clinic director track available, allowing growth without purchasing or franchising a clinic. They invest in leadership growth and ongoing clinical mastery, not just onboarding. At Chiro One, care is built around outcomes and you’re not doing it in isolation. You’ll be part of a broader network of chiropractors—people you can learn from, collaborate with, and grow alongside.
