About The Position
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking full-time and part-time Chiropractors for a new clinic in Richland, Washington. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined retail-clinic environment, helping patients through routine chiropractic care. The chiropractor will evaluate patients, perform adjustments, educate them about care and treatment plans, maintain records, and support membership sales through care-focused conversations. Weekend availability is required. Employment is with an independent franchisee of The Joint Corp., which sets its own employment terms, wages, and benefits; these may vary.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
- Valid D.C. license in the applicable state.
- Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or a recent SPEC exam.
- Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Review patients’ health and medical histories and examine and evaluate their neuromusculoskeletal systems.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to address musculoskeletal conditions.
- Educate patients about the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Arrange diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze the results.
- Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
- Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
