Requirements

Have a passion for helping others
Enjoy working with others but confident to handle the front office alone
Comfortable selling the chiropractic services
Have a positive attitude
Be an excellent communicator
Be detail oriented
Be comfortable multi-tasking
Remain composed when handling busy times in the office
At least 2 years’ experience in a medical practice or similar setting
Computer proficiency (Microsoft office, Gmail, EMR and office management software)

Responsibilities

Ensure all clients have a wonderful experience and feel cared for
Patient Management including checking in/out patients, taking blood pressure and temperature and entering details into management software
Convert calls/texts/emails into bookings
Scheduling appointments and coordinating visits by email, phone and online booking
Taking payments and providing receipts
Assisting with creating marketing videos
Responding to Social Media comments
Additional front office duties as needed including keeping the office organized and welcoming
