Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create an outstanding patient experience
  • Present and explain recommended care plans and financial arrangements
  • Help patients understand payment options and financing solutions
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, missed visits, and care recommendations
  • Coordinate scheduling and patient communication
  • Support front desk operations and daily office flow
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure excellent patient care
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
