About The Position
Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Chip Runner. In this role, your exceptional customer service and math skills will be put to great use as you facilitate the conversion of cash into gaming chips for our guests.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual and 18 years or older
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Excellent math skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar environment is an asset but not required
Responsibilities
- Responding to general inquiries
- Converting cash into chips for our guests
- Balancing your cash at the end of each shift
- Exceeding guest expectations in all interactions
