Chinese Operational Language Analyst - Native Speaker
About The Position
CACI is seeking mission-focused, native Chinese Operational Language Analysts to support National Security objectives as part of a team of Intelligence Community professionals. The role supports SIGINT operations and requires processing voice and/or graphic language materials, recovering essential elements of information, translating or transcribing complex and sophisticated material, and summarizing straightforward factual material. Final labor category is determined by proficiency scores, applicable experience, and education. Positions are contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately; applicants may also be considered for other CACI positions.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Must have been born outside the United States and educated in the target language for at least 10 years.
- At least two years of combined full-time experience performing translation and/or transcription.
- Language test scores taken within the past two years equivalent to Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3 in listening or reading.
- An associate degree or higher may be considered in addition to years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Four or more years of translation and/or transcription experience is desired.
