Requirements

Bilingual fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English — you communicate naturally and accurately in both languages.
Informal or professional interpretation experience — any background helping others communicate across a language barrier counts.
Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
Prior healthcare experience is a plus — but not required.
Candidates from a wide range of clinical and healthcare backgrounds, including: Pharmacy tech / pharmacist, Nursing home or hospice, Hospital or patient tech, Nursing program practicum, Pharmaceutical rep, CNA, LVN, or RN, Hospital volunteer.
