About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This role involves leading engaging soccer sessions, fostering character development, and creating a safe and inclusive environment. The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within the company. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for children and sports
• Safety conscious
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
• Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.
• A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
