About The Position

At Soccer Shots Northwest Louisiana, we're looking for energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our coaching team in the Natchitoches area! As a Soccer Shots Coach, you'll introduce children ages 2–8 to soccer in a fun, engaging, and encouraging environment while helping them build confidence, character, and a love for being active. Every session is designed to be the highlight of a child's week. We provide the curriculum, training, equipment, and support—you bring the energy, positivity, and passion for making a difference.

Requirements

Enjoy working with young children and have a positive, energetic attitude.
Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, or similar roles preferred.
Basic soccer knowledge; playing or coaching experience is helpful but not required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation to travel to local program locations.
Ability to pass a background check.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead fun, engaging Soccer Shots sessions using our nationally recognized curriculum.
Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where every child can succeed.
Teach age-appropriate soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, confidence, respect, and character.
Manage groups of young children with enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism.
Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and caregivers.
Arrive prepared, set up and pack up equipment, and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism.
Follow Soccer Shots standards and help create an exceptional experience for every family.
