About The Position

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country, seeking passionate instructors to work with children aged 2-8. The role involves leading 30-minute soccer sessions designed to be the best part of each child's week, fostering confidence and success both on and off the field. We operate in various locations such as daycares, preschools, and community centers. This is a part-time coaching position with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Must enjoy and be passionate about working with children.
Must be able to handle a group of 10 or more children.
Must have some soccer skills and familiarity with the game.
Must have experience working with children aged 2-8.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must own and have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
Must be available three full days a week, Monday-Friday, or all afternoons/evenings or mornings Monday-Friday.
Must be committed for the entire season once schedule is set.

Responsibilities

Lead 30-minute soccer sessions for children aged 2-8.
Manage groups of up to 10 or more children.
Arrive on time for each session.
Keep accurate attendance records.
Communicate effectively with the Soccer Shots director of coaching.
Maintain a neat appearance and be friendly and courteous with staff and parents.
Interact enthusiastically and connect with young children on their level.
Be outgoing and animated, willing to be silly with the children.
Engage and interact with children aged 2-8.
Ensure classes are the best 30 minutes of each child's week.
