About The Position

This position develops, oversees, coordinates and supervises an integrated Children’s Services delivery system which serves the developmental and special needs of young children (0-5 years old) and their families. Responsible for quality assurance, quality improvement, education of staff and community, program development/ implementation, budget development and oversight, contract oversight, personnel management and public relations. Manages programs with 50 or more budgeted Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs).

Requirements

A directly related BA/BS degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business Management, Management, Organization Development, Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Family Studies or related degree.
Three years of responsible administrative (management, supervision, and fiscal) experience, preferably in education or human services.
Related college degrees are any degree with 30+ credits in the directly related degree fields listed above.
Have or be able to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days of hire.
Successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment: Health exam (and annually thereafter in accordance with PMS Policies).
TB Test (and upon exposure in accordance with PMS Policies).
Criminal Background Checks.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Must provide a current motor vehicle record.
Must provide current personal owner liability automobile insurance and must maintain the insurance coverage throughout the course of employment in this position.
Must submit to a motor vehicle record check on an as needed basis and maintain a satisfactory driving record that is within the limitations of PMS Human Resources Policy II.D.3, Automobile Usage, and applicable state and federal laws.
Must comply with PMS Policies on Automobile Usage, II.D.3, Drug Free Workplace, III.H and applicable state and federal laws.
