Under the supervision of the Director of Education, the Children's Programs Coordinator serves as the primary administrative and operational support for the Children's Learning Department. This role includes coordinating Early Intervention and department-wide family engagement, educational programming, and community outreach initiatives. The coordinator will manage intake, enrollment, registration, and documentation processes, maintain accurate client records, and act as a liaison between families, staff, referral sources, community partners, and funding agencies. Responsibilities also include assisting with program compliance, data collection, reporting, quality assurance, event coordination, and administrative support for department initiatives. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and compliance with agency policies and regulations, and may involve occasional evening or weekend activities.
