About The Position

We're My Gym Children's Fitness Center in Santa Barbara, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people who love creating memorable experiences. Instead of serving coffee, you'll be helping kids build confidence, celebrate milestones, and have the best hour of their week. No corporate scripts. No drive-thru timer. Just music, movement, games, laughter, and a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. Every class is like hosting the happiest party in town. You'll lead games, songs, and activities, cheer on babies, toddlers, and young kids as they hit new milestones, build relationships with families who know you by name, create an environment where every child feels successful, and help throw unforgettable birthday parties and special events.

Requirements

• Genuinely enjoy making people smile
• Great customer service instincts
• Energetic, friendly, and confident
• Don't mind singing, dancing, or being a little silly
• Enjoy staying active instead of standing behind a counter
• Dependable and take pride in your work
• Ability to work morning shifts: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
• Ability to work afternoon shifts: 3:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Ability to work at least one weekend shift

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a barista
