About The Position
Kidcreate Studio is an art studio for kids, offering enrichment classes that introduce children to art and science. They provide a positive, self-esteem-building environment for children to explore visual arts and STEM. The studio specializes in children’s art and science classes, camps, and art-themed birthday parties. Instructors help children create masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with various art materials. Classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool classes are age-specific and tailored to each student's needs.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in drawing, painting, and composition
- Basic scientific skills needed to demonstrate hands-on, child friendly experiments
- Experience teaching or working with children
- Comfortable leading groups and managing a classroom
- Able to teach art techniques and build skills
Responsibilities
- Teach structured art and science lessons that develop skills progressively over time
- Facilitate engaging classes for children of various ages and skill levels
