About The Position

Magic Memories is hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher in Jeffersonville & Norristown, PA for immediate openings. Whether you’re an experienced Lead Teacher ready to grow, we offer a supportive environment where you can build your career. You will help guide children's growth while building strong relationships with families and colleagues. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility in challenging situations
• A desire to grow in the field of early childhood education
• A commitment to creating a positive learning environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times
• Maintain classroom ratios and supervision standards
• Support a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities
• Lead activities such as storytime, centers, music, and play-based learning
• Encourage children to follow classroom rules and routines
• Monitor children's development and progress
• Communicate professionally with parents and leadership
