About The Position

Inspire Early Education is seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Teachers to join their team at Laurel Tree Academy in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The role involves creating a joyful, inclusive environment where children and educators can flourish. They are looking for individuals who can bring energy, creativity, and compassion to the classrooms, specifically for Floating Teacher positions across all age groups.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A Plus!)
• Bilingual in Spanish (A Plus!)
