About The Position

Inspire Early Education is hiring caring, experienced Childcare Teachers for its Inspire Schaffner location in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Openings are for Older Toddler Teachers and Floating Teachers who work with all age groups. Teachers create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom; deliver a play-based curriculum; support children's growth, confidence, and development; build relationships with children and families; keep classrooms organized and compliant with state standards; and collaborate with a supportive team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Nice To Haves

• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education.
