Requirements

Passion for working with young children.
At least 18-years-old.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience working in licensed childcare required.
Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.

Nice To Haves

EDU 119, NCECC or a degree in early childhood or related field preferred, must be willing to get in 6 mo.
