About The Position

We are seeking Early Childhood Teachers to join New Horizon Academy Burnsville in the Preschool or Float classrooms. This role involves inspiring, encouraging, and celebrating a child's love of learning every day, shaping them into the leaders of tomorrow. The position offers beautifully equipped classrooms and support from knowledgeable staff.

Requirements

• Must meet teacher requirements as outlined by the MN Department of Licensing
• Be able to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Enjoy working with children
• Have positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude
• Be willing to learn and grow as an educator
• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
