About The Position

Inspire Early Education is seeking an experienced and caring individual to join their team as a Childcare Director. As the Director, you will be an integral leader on the Inspire team, exemplifying their values and culture of Kindness, Innovation, Diversity, Courage, and Optimism. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required; We will consider those with an AA.)
At least two (2) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program (Required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and passion for working with children
Ability to pass background and health requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
Engage with your team and families daily
Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.
