About The Position

Joy of Learning Kids Academy (JOL) is seeking passionate teachers for their brand-new preschool, which integrates Montessori, Reggio Emilia, play-based learning, and sustainability. Requirements

• CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
• 1+ year early childhood experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A desire for stability, respect, and balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warm, engaging, and well-managed classroom.
• Implement hands-on, play-based learning experiences.
• Support children’s social and emotional growth.
• Partner professionally with families.
• Apply Montessori & Reggio practices with autonomy.
• Be a collaborative team member and mentor.
