Childcare Lead Teachers
About The Position
Inspire Early Education is seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Teachers to join their team at the MapleLeaf Childcare Center in Malta South. The center aims to create a joyful and inclusive environment where children and educators can flourish. They are looking for individuals who can bring energy, creativity, and compassion to their classrooms, supporting children's growth, confidence, and development through play-based curriculum. The role involves building meaningful relationships with children and families, maintaining organized classrooms that meet state standards, and collaborating with a supportive team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Experience in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
Nice To Haves
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A Plus!)
- Bilingual in Spanish (A Plus!)
