Requirements
- High School Diploma is a minimum requirement.
- Experience working with young children.
- Some coursework in early childhood, education, or a related field.
- CPL 2 (Child Development Associate Credential or equivalent).
- Willingness to lend a helping hand and work as a team.
- Ability to support families through daily communication and engagement.
- Willingness to join in on fun activities like singing and dancing.
- Commitment to watching students grow throughout the whole year (longevity).
- Ability to provide social and emotional support and build healthy relationships.
- Professionalism and commitment to quality.
- Motivation and integrity (holding true to what you say you will do).
Nice To Haves
- CDA coursework or Credential is preferred.
- AA/BA in ECE or related field.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the health and safety of children.
- Prepare and implement hands-on activities.
- Actively supervise children at all times.
- Engage in daily communication with families (verbal, send pictures, videos, messages).
- Build strong family relationships through goal setting and engagement in classroom activities.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Demonstrate teamwork skills.
- Be punctual.
- Enroll in and complete training through training platforms.
- Maintain appropriate interactions, dress, and communication.
