About The Position

The primary focus of this role is leading classrooms, guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. The Lead Teacher will also plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Can pass a background check
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Complete 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting your employment
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children
