Requirements
- Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children

Responsibilities
- Assisting in guiding young learners
- Prioritizing children's safety and well-being
- Collaborating with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development
