About The Position

We’re looking for a Childcare Floater Teacher to work at our center in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina who is flexible, dependable, and passionate about helping classrooms run smoothly while creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children. This role is perfect for educators who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a difference throughout the school day. As a Floater Teacher, you’ll support multiple classrooms as needed, step in to assist with ratios, breaks, transitions, and coverage, and work with different age groups, from infants through Pre-K. You will be a valued part of the teaching team across the school. No two days are the same — and that’s what many of our floaters love most about the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Flexibility and willingness to work with different age groups
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus

Responsibilities
