About The Position

Springview Academy is a licensed childcare center seeking Childcare Floaters/ Teacher Aides to support various age groups. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass background checks, and a willingness to substitute for any position as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with children, parents, and staff, and operate as a team player. Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 lbs, is also required. Responsibilities

Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed, including covering staff breaks, filling in for absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts.
Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the direction of the lead teacher.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
