About The Position

We are seeking a CHILDCARE COOK to join our team at New Horizon Academy! This role requires availability to work from 7 am to 4 pm. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and reliable work ethic, be able to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) with flexible scheduling, and have a passion for working with young children. New Horizon Academy has been a leader in early care and education for over fifty years, fostering a culture of continuous improvement focused on the well-being of children and staff. The work we do is essential, as a child's first five years are critical for social and emotional brain development.

Requirements

• Positive and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work full-time (roughly 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) and be flexible with scheduling.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
• Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
