About The Position

We are hiring part-time childcare coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being around children and can bring energy and enthusiasm to a room full of them. No prior My Gym experience is necessary as full training will be provided to the right candidates.

Requirements

• Ability to light up around kids and families.
• Ability to lead a room and hold attention.
• Ability to show up reliably with good energy every shift.
• Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
• Experience in childcare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured movement classes including obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music.
