Childcare Coach / Kids Fitness Instructor - My Gym Fairfield
About The Position
We are growing and hiring now! Join our team and start making a difference in children's lives. We are hiring coaches to lead classes, birthday parties, and camps for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years at My Gym Fairfield. You will lead structured fitness and movement classes, including obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music, for children at different developmental stages. You will also run birthday parties and camps, build genuine relationships with families, and occasionally support tours and the front desk. We fully train the right people, so prior My Gym experience isn't required.
Requirements
- Genuinely love being around kids and families.
- Can lead a group and keep energy high for an entire class.
- Dependable - families count on seeing a familiar face.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- Experience in coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater is great.
- Experience in childcare, nannying, daycare, or preschool is great.
Responsibilities
