About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are looking for passionate and qualified individuals to join our team as Childcare Classroom Aides. This role is ideal for those who see teaching young children as more than just a job and are eager to shape the future. We are seeking individuals with a flexible schedule who enjoy working with children of all ages, from infants to school age. While experience with children is preferred, enthusiasm and passion for helping them grow are most important. Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
