About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are looking for passionate and qualified teachers who want to grow in their careers while making a lasting difference for children and families. We are excited to invite classroom Aides to join our wonderful team! If you're at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma, we would love to hear from you. Previous childcare experience is a fantastic bonus. We offer flexible shift options including 9 AM to 6 PM and 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Come be a part of something special!

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
