•$59,000 - $70,000•Hybrid

About The Position

At Atlas Immersion Academy, we celebrate the beauty of multilingual, multinational families and staff through meaningful sharing, rituals, and traditions woven throughout the year. We expose children to new languages through play, structured environments, and a curriculum built on best practices in early childhood education — and we’re looking for a Center Director who shares that passion and can help us bring it to life every day. This is a full-time, exempt position with competitive compensation based on experience, degree, and assigned responsibilities. You’ll lead our Atlas Curriculum across all age groups (0–12 years) within a vibrant, internationally minded Preschool for All school and community where Spanish and French immersion are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll partner with leadership to orchestrate daily operations — from managing staff and budgets to overseeing facilities—while championing the cultural and linguistic richness that sets Atlas apart. Your leadership spans enrollment, staff development, compliance, and community building, with your critical thinking and communication skills on full display.
