We are seeking a Center Director who will focus their efforts on operational consistency, staff support, and family experience. This role works in partnership with regional leadership and requires a hands-on approach, balancing administrative responsibilities with day-to-day support on the floor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field.
- 8+ years experience leading teams in a licensed childcare setting required.
Responsibilities
- Supports daily center operations while ensuring alignment with licensing regulations and organizational standards.
- Assists with staffing needs by participating in interviews, onboarding coordination, and schedule planning to maintain appropriate coverage.
- Contributes to enrollment stability through participation in tours, family engagement, and local outreach efforts.
