Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Hold a CDL
  • Possess the necessary credentials for a Bus Driver in Oklahoma
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Child passenger safety training
  • Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities.
  • Serve as a teacher, working to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
  • Assist in guiding young learners.
  • Plan engaging activities.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
