Requirements

At least 2 years High School Education (Required)
Must have childcare, or recreational paid work-related experience of at least 1 year. (i.e.. Childcare, teaching, etc. In lieu of childcare paid work experience, will consider qualified students through the TriHealth Student Assistant Program.
Strong oral communication skills
Customer service oriented
Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required

High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Performs daily operations- -checking children in and out, collecting money, opening/closing procedures, following emergency procedures, maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Exhibits professional image and behavior toward members, visitors, clients, and all TriHealth employees and creates a positive impression consistent with professional etiquette.
Exhibits dependability in all areas such as attendance, tardiness, and timely performance of duties.
Demonstrates flexibility and initiative in seeking and/or accepting additional assignments.
Communicates effectively and demonstrates appropriate written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Assists with the development and implementation of KLC programs and staff a variety of KLC daily and special event programs -craft time, sing-a-long, birthday parties, PNO, Spring Safari, Freaky Friday, etc.
Actively supervises and interacts with the children in all areas of the KLC -junior gym, activity room, and nursery- including reading stories, leading activities, and playing games.
