Requirements

• Experience in a childcare center setting is a must
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

• EDU 119 and an additional 3 semester hours of ECE classes is highly preferred, we are more than happy to consider experienced Assistant Teachers who are eager to complete these upon hiring.
