About The Position

This role supports the daily care and learning of children at a child care center. Assistant Teachers help create a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, follow licensing guidelines and company standards, observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
