About The Position
The Nest Schools is a new Early Childhood organization founded and operated by tenured early childhood professionals, established in 2021. They are driven by a vision to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and aim to be the worldwide leader in early childhood programs. They are seeking a School Assistant Director who understands the value of Early Childhood Education and views teachers as Early Childhood Professional Educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts. The Nest Schools actively strives to be a "Best Workplace" through programs focused on WELLNESS, INNOVATION, KINDNESS, and FUN, including the Nest Eggs Reward & Recognition Program, Mentor Programs, Funday Mondays, and Nest University, which offers training and certificate programs for career advancement in Early Childhood Education.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience preferred, preferably in a large school.
- Early Childhood Education background required.
- Willing to obtain Director Credential.
