About The Position
The Nest Schools, founded in 2021, is a new Early Childhood organization operated by experienced professionals. They are driven by a vision to raise kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and aim to be a state-of-the-art provider of Early Childhood programs. They are seeking a School Director who values Early Childhood Education and sees teachers as professional educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials. Requirements
- Previous administrative experience preferred, preferably in a large school setting.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education required.
- Willingness to obtain Director Credential.
Responsibilities
- Lead a school within The Nest Schools organization.
- Embrace the idea that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.
- Focus on the quality of programs and children, families, and staff.
- Manage classroom budgets for learning materials and crafts.
- Participate in director retreats and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee administrative duties, with support from centralized functions.
- Engage in hiring screening processes.
