Requirements

  • Must have professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.
  • We value your experience in a childcare or preschool settings and encourage you to apply.

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
  • CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Center Director in identifying, scheduling, and interviewing teacher candidates.
  • Helps build networks of future talent and maintains positive relationships with potential hires.
  • Conducts classroom observations and provides feedback that motivates and encourages teacher growth.
  • Assists in ensuring curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uses a growth mindset to help train, coach, and develop staff for future roles.
  • Listens objectively to employee concerns and collaborates with the Center Director on recommended actions.
  • Helps build and communicate weekly schedules.
  • Supports daily management of classroom ratios and staffing needs.
  • Assists with new hire paperwork and maintains employee files in compliance with state licensing regulations.
  • Helps manage center schedules to ensure ratios are intact and labor is effectively aligned with budget expectations.
  • Supports the Center Director in leading tours for prospective families, highlighting curriculum, teacher quality, and center differentiators.
  • Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress and center updates.
  • Helps plan and execute “parent pleasers” and center events that strengthen family retention.
  • Assists with auditing and maintaining all student and teacher records and files.
  • Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards remain in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Supports relationships with state licensors and assists during center evaluations.
  • Helps manage accident/incident reporting and documentation.
  • Assists with medication management and ensures proper procedures are followed.
  • Conducts or supports monthly emergency safety drills.
  • Helps manage new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations.
